Brought almost S$300 Bike Accessories from Passion Gadget during the last 2 weeks. I was there at their shop today 13/1 and spend almost a $60 for 3 items. All the present and past services was attended by a guy by the name of Edmond Chia. . One of which was a Litepro side Kick stand cost about only $13.90. I tried to borrow a no.10mm spammer from techinician and since it’s just a simple job by just removing and thightening a bolt to make natal the Kick Stand the Technician preferred to do it for me and got it done. Edmond demanded I should pay $20 for the service just for a simple job. I tried to negotiate for a one off Free Service since he knows I was a regular customer but he PREFFERED to get the technician to remove the Kick Stand rather than to provide a simple Goodwill services. I just want to put this chapter on record I won’t or recommend my cycling kakis to this shop . Really Piss of with just a staff they employed for a Service oriented outlet .
Was excited to get myself a bike but dropped all impulse when the staff can’t even be bothered to serve. Told the staff what I’m looking for but all he cared was his hand was dirty and need to wash. He came back after washing and did not even bother to show me the bike as I believe it’s too troublesome because it’s not displayed out. Wasted my time coming all the way here. Hope you guys can make all your customers feel more welcome in the future. Thank you

went to Passion Gadgets at Tai Seng to check out Hito X6 foldable bike. the Filipino lady and the young guy is very attentive to my request and helped me with my queries. Finally bought 1 back and took the MRT and it is very convenient
it came with all the freebies as advertised on the website (while stock last)

Very helpful staff, they allowed me to change my bike color when I decided i liked another color better and staff Davin in particular noticed a loose component with my bike as i was loading it into the car and brought it back to the shop to help me tighten it himself. Amazing service!
Went to their shop on Friday. Staffs at the counter with no one wanting to serve attitude. Just sitting down there and do their own things. Was looking for some bicycle chain oil but wasn't sure which one is the better option. No one even bother to come up and check what I was looking at. Pretty disappointed in their customer service. So I just went off and never plan to go back again.
If PassionGadgets gonna keep up with their customer service this way, I will never give this shop another chance. Despite their price were cheaper than outside. Please work on your customer service. Should had listen to the reviews before making my trip down to this terrible shop.
